I presume what I am trying to show is exactly what mr.Mug already recommended to you (but maybe I got him wrong). Anyway I just thought that one picture would be much better then hundreds of words and thus a bit more helpful.

				Hey.
This picture is not from the HPL-engine, but still.
It's made in hammer, which Portal 2 is made on. The game is also Portal 2.
I hope it's ok to post here.

Looks good to me : >. I don't know much about the engine you're using though so I can't really say if it is a good work or not. Maybe you should put this in modeling/art non related to Amnesia ?

Looks good, I'd change the lighting to be a bit more green or yellow based on all the foliage (like this ); I can't judge anything else, because (as mentioned) it's not HPL2

Yea I should probably make it a little greenier... It's being cast from one of those old spotlight-lights that they use in theaters and such places.. But a little greenier. Noted!

I recently got into making a jump map for TF2 to get a hang of Hammer, and holy shit is it picky and a pain in the ass. But once it works, it feels great. Nice Screenshot Making a Portal 2 map or just playing around?

Actually I'm trying to make a Portal 2 horror-style map.
So it's not planned that there's gonna be a portalgun, but there will be several dark maps, you'll have a flashlight and I'll work on the ambience.

I'm getting back in the swing of things. I'm working on the lighting first, so the mapping is basic. It's pretty bad too, so please give me some tips.
The blue in the middle is just because I thought it was too red/orange. Still working on that.
