I don't see many similarities but maybe it's just me ^^". Wall assets are the same, that's basically it, I might be missing things though.

After looking at them side by side it's only the walls that are the same. The floor, ceiling, furniture, all are different.

Those windows are way too bright for the room to be that dark.

You should add some bright light blue point and spotlights around the windows!

Also put some bilboards arround the window and some spotlights. There is a good tutorial on youtube about how to place bilboards, check it out:
