If the lights are off, then still, there is no light. There is minimal light however, which will be blue because that's how night vision in Amnesia works. Having a very dark green but not dark enough to trigger night vision should give the same/similar effect to the one you have already.
Just a recommendation too, put a PlayerStartArea in your Level Editor where you want to show off your map. Then open up Amnesia, turn your graphical settings up (except SSAO. Little improvement / high performance) and then take a screenshot. It makes the map far more appealing, lowers the blurriness of distant textures, improves the way particles look and makes your decals a little more sharper and detailed.

Better now? Tell me what should i add, i will replace the lamps with something else...
For some reasons, i like the greenish thing...
It makes it more look haunted.
The sewers are supposed to have lights off btw.
Tune that light down, and add lots of shit decals (dirt decals) and some water puddles.
PS. Good idea with using fog, but delete those particles and use fog tool instead.

Lighting is quite good but I'd say that the color transition is very sudden. I'd blend it more.
In the 3rd image, at the left corner, I'd say it's way too dark, considering the windows.
Anyways, nice job

Maybe you've noticed that the lighting looks a bit off. I think there is one big issue in all those screenshots. In real life, daylight is a million times brighter than lamps, even when it's overcast. In your screenshots it's actually fainter than the lamps. If you fix that, you will have some great lighting. Make sure you put daylight-colored pointlights all over the room, not just spotlights. It should be the predominant color.

RE: Screenshot criticism thread
@CorinthianMerchant - The PointLight you have for the ceiling lamp is to obvious (You can see it's radius outline), lower it's colors.
I would instead have two PointLights (If you don't have already), one is more vibrant in color but smaller.
The other PointLight is 1.5x it's size and 0.5x it's color values.
Your lighting in the room has to much contrast in dark and light areas for a room that has tons of Light Sources... light bounces around so simulate that.
You should try making your Light Dust Particles a slightly more reddish/brown color to help match the mood of the room and won't be a possible annoying eye-catching thing.
In terms of your overall lighting... (It's subjective to the Eye of the Beholder, so take this what you will)
Since you have large windows in the room, the sunlight 'should' should mix with the colors in the room and in this case be the dominant overall color.
I would lighten up your Redish/Brown Lights to be more grey tone.
P.S. - You got a 'random?' very bright PointLight in your fourth picture, on the bookcase next to the Window with the closed curtains.
Either remove it, or make it like 25% of it's color value if you want to subtly pull the player's eye over their. (Your SpotLights are parallel with your Windows so their isn't a logical reason to have one their except for a SpotLight to show a sliver of light.)
