I'd assume that this is HPL2.5 (the AAMFP engine) - outdoor levels in AAMFP are confirmed, and I guess creating a new model or stacking those dirt piles for every single outdoor segment seems tedious at best. Looks really cool!

Im pretty sure that this is HPL3, AAmfp dosent really need a terrain editting tool since its based in the city of london.

Anyways this stuff is breaking news (though not related to AMFP)
