Hi, I just got the game a couple days ago and when I try to play it, everything is upside down. I've read the Troubleshooting Guide, and I've checked my graphics card to see if it can run on it. I have an ATI Radeon HD 3400 Version 2.1.7769, and no matter how much I try, I absolutely cannot seem to upgrade it.

I need help on knowing how to update this card, please!!

Download and install the latest driver from here http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx
If that does not help, then try turning off some of the post effects in the game.

The only problem is (yes, noob of me), I've been looking EVERYWHERE on that site and I just don't know how to download or install it. I also watched the instructional videos below and tried to do what they said. (idk if I did it right) Help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

1. What operating system do you have? Also 32-bit or 64-bit?

2. Is it a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, what model?

3. Attach me here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder.

I downloaded this, but nothing happened. I tried turning off all the post-effects but that was ineffective, too. Anything else I need to do with the above program or do I just have to download it?
