Okay I have read through the guides but alas I would not consider myself computer savvy so maybe I am missing something. As I stated in the title I have gotten the error

I believe my graphics card is of the intel 3000 series from what I've read and it should work, I have tried updating it multiple times using the "have disk" method but it says I already have the latest software.

I have this game through Steam so I do not know where to find the HPL.log file
Any suggestions or explanations would be greatly appreciated.

*EDIT: Also sometimes my launcher will just crash as well, before I even have a chance to click anything.
