Amnesia Requires a Disk?

I have just bought Amnesia: TDD online and when i try to download it, it says i need to insert the first disk. Is there supposed to be a disc i get in the mail, or is there something im not doing right? I have searched and tried everything and dont know if maybe im just overlooking something.

No, i bought it off of the Frictional Game Store

I don't think I've heard of this happen before... Try contacting Frictional Games support, or try re-downloading and installing it.

@CrazyArts To install it on Steam, he would have to buy the game again, and I'm going to say he probably doesn't want to do that. I may be wrong, as I bought the game on Steam itself, but I believe this is the case.

I tried re-downloading it but it did the same thing. I'm going to try contacting Frictional Games support. Thankyou for helping

If you bought it from FG store then you should get a .zip file. After extracting the files within you just have to double-click the .exe setup file.
