Unplayable

please help me!!! I m in the "chemical laboratory" and it is impossible to play!!!! lag, lag, lag!! it seems looking screenshots!!
P4 3.4 ghz, 2 giga RAM, Ati X1600 with 512 RAM, xp sp2.
I use catalyst 7.11 because of with the latest drivers i can't play.
Help me, i love this game and i can t play!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully tomorrow an update will be released that contains optimisations that will remove the lag for you. Check back then!

God,that was a total bummer,to get through game with all those laggzz.
I hope dat patch will be da key to ultimate horror experience.
Wit laggz u can't experience anything at all...

i bought my copy of this game from gamersgate. i wish i didn't. the game was unplayable, it was so slow. the patch does not work, so i uninstalled.

i'm guessing i've got one more activation code left now and the game will still be unplayable. do you think it is ethical to still sell the game on gamersgate, even though you know it does not work?

Hey! [EDIT] This is a good horror-game and should be threated with respect.

It works good for me, have no problem with it, maybe it is you who dont know how to use a computer

It says on the page that this update is for the CD release, so no it won't work on the GG release. GG should have finished their update by now, you can always email their support and ask if the 1.0.1 update is finished. They have all the files and last I heard they were working on it.
