Problem with running Amnesia on ATI x1950

Hi
I have a very big problem with this game cause when i try to launch game by launcher, it's showing send report. So i tried by amnesia.exe but 'then it showed "amnesia.exe caused an exception_access_violation in module atioglxx.dll at 001B:6954AC8E" and in stack trace it's written "001B:6954AC8E atioglxx.dll"

Now I don't know how to run this game cause i reinstall Windows and it doesn't help. Now i have newest drivers for my graphics card (10.2) but even now it won't run.
So please help me

Desktop right? Most probably this graphics card is below system requirements to run the game

I was reading technical support on this site and do everything and it won't run. Also i know that my graphic card is better than minimum graphic card to run this amnesia. about this problem, i don't even see launcher, just send report. And when i want to run game by amnesia.exe, the BlackBox appeared with text written above. So i don't know what to do

try a different resolution and fix your refresh rate from the graphics card control panel

I can't even run launcher so how i can change resolution. About this a don't think that changing resolution will help
