Displaying a picture

Hey, I have a little idea for my map, displaying a picture witch is a map. It would be cool for the player to know where he has to go if he has no idea where to go if you have multiple doors, it would also display the names of the rooms.

I know that in the beginning of Poisonous a custom made image gets displayed, you should maybe look at that and hopefully figure it out.

Simply get a mat file from something like white night where it had a mat and a jpg file. and edit the jpg and save then just create a plane ingame, select that mat. and change plane tile ammount to 0.1 or 0.2

It doesn't work like that, I actually want the map to be picked up like a note.

I am not that experienced in models and such...stuff..but I think? you might have to make a full conversion

RE: Displaying a picture

I have an idea to do this which is to make an empty note which is completely blank, and change its background image to your map.

Just know that I have not tried this out for myself as of yet. I remember Your Computer telling me that it could be done without a full conversion though.
