I have tried multiple ways of updating my drivers I have a Radeon 6490M HD graphics card.


I am unsure of what to do, so any assistance would be appreciated HPL log attached.

The game is runnig on your intelhd card, you need to update the drivers for it. Check the sticky guide for details.

if you have an HP laptop you might be able to run the game with the AMD card
