Surprised no one posted this yet. I think it fits the bitterweet ending of the game pefectly. Maybe one needs to have played through Journey at least once to really feel the emotions of this song, but I feel tears welling up everytime I hear it. Reminds me of all the wonderful people who went on the journey with me and who I'll never see again.
Spoiler below!

absolute favourites and has in my opinion the most amazing soundtrack to
this day.
Thanks for bringing back childhood memories Smile I really need to play that game again one day.

Here are some of the most sad melancholic tracks.
It's not from a video game, but this tracks have intensive emotional feelings.
Oh man, this will let you cry...

Hm.
I never cry much in a video game either. It takes a damn lot to make me able to cry for some reason, but I can still tell what is more emotional than others.

But this...this made me come damn close to it. Probably as close as I'd ever get. It's actually when it plays in the game, more than the actual song itself.

I was so excited when I found out about that game.. then I realized it's only for the Playstation and the rights belong to Sega so I won't be seeing it on PC Sad

Whoah @Bridge, I was genuinely surprised I forgot about that song to post it here o.o Thanks for posting, it's probably one of my saddest songs as well.

Here's a very sad rap song.
But you have to understand the text, it's german.
So sad... this song ruined my day.

Or a dark emotional goth song:

Hope the next Amnesia will also have sad music in the credits.

Yeah, remember it like it was yesterday Smile Even though I never played it myself, tried once but I didn't have the patience required at the time. Used to watch my granddad play it when I was a kid, good times.

This next one only works if the dialogue is with it, so I posted the whole trailer. Should be fairly obvious which part.

...I really like Assassin's Creed.

EDIT: It also will probably only work if you are familiar enough with Ezio.

Hehe, I remember how I had no idea what to do at first (partly because I only had a crappy second-hand version of the game without a manual) but I loved the atmosphere so much that I was determined to find out... I never finished it though, because the enemies got too difficult after a while. Found out years later that I simply had a shitty combination of classes in my party that made it impossible to learn certain spells you absolutely needed for the harder dungeons. Ahh... I sometimes miss that unforgivingness old games had! If a game did that today people would completely destroy it in the reviews.

... you know what, I'm going to search my room for that game now and see if I can make it run on Windows 7.

On topic: This song is amazing, too. Not really sad, but very haunting.
Spoiler below!
