Hm, that seems to be the blog of an artist... Not much information about the person there, other than that it's a guy from Spain - therefore I don't think it's the blog of a professional/commercial artist, otherwise there would be contact information given for potential customers.
I'd assume it's simply the blog of one of the guys working on this project.
