RE: Stuttering with a GTX 670
I have a very similar system to you with an i5 3570K, GTX 660 Ti Power Edition, 8GB 1600MHz RAM so I will test Amnesia there with the latest drivers 310.70 (which are not beta, someone said that above and it's wrong) and let you know if there are any problems. If I have those too then it is the drivers for some reason.
EDIT: Everything looks just fine, with everything at maximum including 32 samples SSAO the game run between 40-60fps and with no SSAO at a full 60fps. No lagging, it is not the drivers. There is something else at your system causing this that we cannot identify.

RE: Stuttering with a GTX 670
The 310.70 driver was early released some weeks before it got the official WHQL certificate. Then nVIDIA deleted this driver from download page, but now it is WHQL and reuploaded.
I also use this driver with a GeForce GTX 560 Ti.
Amnesia runs fine in 1080p and full details.

RE: Stuttering with a GTX 670
I have the WHQL version of the 310.70 drivers. I'll try messing around with some more video settings in the CP. Other than that, I'm not sure as to what it could be. Windows 7 is up to date and closing programs like HWM, Afterburner, and MSE (turning off real-time protection) didn't seem to help at all. Could it be audio-related?

RE: Stuttering with a GTX 670
I don't know, we have tried lots of things and noone can reproduce the lag. Are you sure there is one? Maybe show it with a small video?
