I have the same problem Horror. I built my PC 2 years ago and it has an ATI 4890 which was just OK back then, and I only have 4GB of RAM and a 450W PSU. I would like a new kickass GPU but i'd need to buy a new PSU and more RAM would be nice too.
I have the money saved, but meh... I don't spend money.
After much consideration on their part, and no small amount of Holiday cheer, my family has decided to keep feeding me.
Yippee.
ALSO GOT THE MOTHERFUCKING SANDMAN VOL.1 2 3

This wasn't my best Christmas, but it was certainly up there.
I got a new computer chair (leather <3), $70 in Steam Wallet, money, and quite a lot of clothes.
And on Christmas Eve, I ordered a PS3 as it was on sale and I needed a new one (That's going to hopefully be here next Wednesday ). And on Thursday I ordered a Blue Yeti microphone that just shipped.

I would be inclined to say your brother shouldn't stab inanimate objects, or any objects for that matter.
