Ok well I'm sure you have all heard of the "black screen" problem or "black screen white dot" problem. Well I'm not here to ask how to fix it because I know how, but do not want to go through all the trouble changing around my whole laptop. Anyway, I have heard that all of you are working on making Amnesia compatible with Intel video cards. If possible, It would be nice to have a confirmation, or at least progress, on the subject. It woulbe mean alot to me.

You just need to update your Intel drivers so that they can support Amnesia's opengl 2.1. Amnesia does not have a problem with Intel HD cards. Older Intel drivers is the only problem that did not properly support opengl.

Yes, if you have Intel HD and a black screen then your drivers need to be updated using the have disk method

By option you mean graphics settings? Intel cards are not powerful, you can try different combinations though. Whatever suits you...
