Try verify cache integrity on the game in steam. If that does not help, think if you have any software installed that could cause conflict (antivirus, overclocking and similar) and try with it/them disabled.

Tried - no result. Also tried to completly reinstall a game. I haven't any antivirus or tuning software (my autoload and processes after reboot in attach).
Game don't know about my gpu - it's normal? Attached some more screenshots, may be it helps.

This type of problem (no specific error) is difficult to diagnose because it could be many things that cause issues.
I notice something strange - undeletable directory ~/Documents/Amnesia/Main/Nul/
I've completely removed the game now and trying to remove ~/Documents/Amnesia/ now, but system says that it impossible. Maybe there problem, I'll try to remove this directory and reinstall the game.
