SDK Won't Open?

I keep trying to open the Amnesia Editor, but it keeps saying I can't open it since I don't have SDL.dll . So I searched for it, and I had 5 copies of it! So I uninstalled the extras, and it still won't open. What should I do?

I got the game on Steam and I downloaded a few custom stories through Desura.

if im not mistaken this error happens if you put the file into the wrong location. For non steam i know you must put it in the redist folder where you have the main Amnesia.exe file along with the sounds,entities,maps...

Do a file integrity check via steam first and then read the wiki on how to install the tools .
