Finding my grandmother dead in her bed. The same bed I now sleep in.
Watching my aunt die right in front of me, about a year after my grandma passed away.

Both events happened in my house. I was 16/17 years old.

But don't worry, it's been more than 10 years since it happened, so I already got over it.

Also, my parents' separation when I was about... 8, maybe? I can't even recall.
It was better for all of us anyway.
