My meatgrinder is my friend. Kottbullar, Frikadel, Burgers, Filled peppers and so on. But a big win was the "Falscher Hase" I made a few weeks back (translatable as "Fake Rabbit". It is a roast made of minced meat and filled with pickles, carrots, boiled eggs and capers. Used to be a DDR/soviet union poor mans dish, but so yummy if you make it just right. Ideally it looks something like this once it gets out of the oven
