No Hollow Needle in the Water Level
I keep loading and loading the water monster level. At the end when you get to that last door to escape the watery part, there's no hollow needle where it should be. Am I missing something, or is this just a game error?

It should be static. If the game is from steam, do a file integrity check and load an earlier save game.
