lol are you guys serious you should be fucking worshiping pdp and other shitty LPers in that style, it's the only reason the game retained any sort of popularity or stayed relevant in any gaming circles other than very niche fans of underground indie horror games past like the first 6 months after it was released. hell having read over fg's blog posts i wouldn't be surprised at all if they hadn't gone out of business if not for those guys and then you wouldn't get any other games from them anyways. yeah their humor can be stupid and annoying and only really appeals to 12 year olds, so fucking what, if it that sort of stuff doesn't appeal to you then just don't watch it, really not that difficult to figure out. it's given a dev group which i'd assume you all support since you're here a ton more exposure and popularity to a crowd of people that otherwise wouldn't even know games like this existed so why are you complaining

It was kind of already established that the majority of players don't actually scream when startled, so it's kind of logical the topic steers to the people who do: let's players.

Would have been useful, IF I'd scream. when I'm scared I just feel locked! My mouth, hands, eyes....they all just lose their connection to my brain! I barely have time to think and pull myself together, let alone to scream.
But would have been neat for others I imagine.

When I encounter a jumpscare I often produce a small UH! It could work, but if your window is open and the wind blows into your mic or if you have an annoying brother that makes as much noise as possible you will have a bad time.

Annoying when I just want to watch some gameplay videos but all Amnesia footage includes a "facecam" with a kid screaming into the mic.
That would suck for me and my integrated webcam laptop.
