I have Vertical Sync and Adaptive vSync switched on in the game options. vSync is off in the control panel (otherwise I'll only get 30FPS, as I said).
I assume when you say that it's unfortunate, you mean that this game just can't be played with 60FPS
and no screen-tearing? I mean, in the current state, it's not too bad and it's certainly playable, but yeah.
