Again, you have no graphics card drivers installed or their OpenGL part is corrupted. That's why it crashes. You said you have Intel HD 4000. From the picture is looks like Windows 7 and probably 64-bit so make sure you have this installed:

Does the installation finish successfully?

From the link above download the .zip driver file (Win64_15319.zip) and follow the have disk method guide to install the drivers this way.

Yes the installation has finished succesfully, I downloaded that .zip driver file and I followed the Have disk method, but the game keep crashing and the error is the same. I don't know if in the hpl.log something has changed, I'll attach it

Again, no drivers installed. Are sure you have that graphics card? Click start and search for dxdiag. Then go to Display tab and tell me what graphics card it reports there.

I solved it!
I was playing Amnesia: the dark descent when suddently it blocks when it never blocked before . So I closed it and re-played that part and the game kept crashing in that exactly point. I thought then that I might have been something to the system when I deleted all the microsoft visual c++ things because an online "solution" to the error of the game (the first one) was to delete all the microsoft c++ installed and re-download and re-install those. So I did a restore windows configuration and update my graphics drivers and now the game launches! (well, I didn't tried how the game will go, but I'm happy that I can see the in-game menu now, at least that )

yup, thanks for your help and considerations Smile

Ok, It was too good to be true... Now, in every moment of the game, when I pick up a document or I set the game in pause, it freezes.

Intel graphics cards are not supported as I have probably said above somewhere. Try low graphical settings, disable background applications and such. But it's probably the unsupported graphics card causing problems.
