Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Crashes after launch and after tips with the message:

amnesia.exe caused an exception_access_violation in module amnesia.exe at 001B:004EC170

My guess would be that some background program/service is causing the game not to run. Try closing everything and check the list of known problematic programs mentioned at the troubleshooting guide.

i closed all except steam and nvidia drivers
and have it(

If the game is from steam, have you tried a file integrity check? Then go to Documents and delete the folder Amnesia. Otherwise I have to stick to some program causing problems. Maybe an antivirus or firewall blocking the game? For example Avast has been known to cause issues with the game. Make sure you check Problem A4 of the troubleshooting guide for known programs.

I tried a file integrity check few mins ago and everything is okay. I closed antivirus and firewall. I dunno why it isnt working. A machine for pigs is working, btw, but TDD is not.

At the same time the Pigs are working? So you can launch and play Pigs but if you try Amnesia right after it fails to start? Strange.

Yeah, it is strange.
My friend has same problem, but after few days game is worked.

Have you tried deleting the My Documents/Amnesia/Pig folder and try again? What language are you trying to run the game in? Tested running with default english?
