Mine Cart Stopped

On the bit where you use the bolt cutters on the wire and push the cart down to smash through the wall, my cart slightly came off the tracks and came to a complete stop. This wouldn't be a problem if I could enter the code on C block door without going in the uv room, but that is not the case. I have to go through the motions first and my cart glitched. My previous save to load is way back to the artifact in the Auxiliary Shaft.

I figured. I guess I just hit an extremely rare bug. Thanks for the response Jens.
