Couldn't have said it better myself.
Try to be more optimisitc. Most likely it's not really that bad, you just think it is because you have this illusion that everything is related. Sometimes people go through hard times in their lives, and it's not necessarily caused by anything they've done. Random things happen, and all the shit might hit at once, but don't think it's your fault. If you start the day with a smile and a goal, I'm sure that will help you.
Set goals. It's very important. Think of what you want to do. WRITE DOWN THAT GOAL! If you write it down, tell people about it, push yourself in that direction, it might motivate you to want to achieve it which is a big thing about happiness in my opinion.
I often say it's not the goal that is the reward, but rather the journey to that goal. Once you achieve it, set another. With no goal, you feel like you have no purpose, which can end up like this.
Always push yourself forward, not backward. Take a break if you need it, but don't idle for too long, or it might become a habit.
I think you might need to confront them about their behaviour. Make them know it makes you feel like shit. If they keep treating you like that, leave them. Don't get stuck up on things that drag you down. If you surround yourself with happy people, you will in return become happier.
