While no one mentions about it in RL, atleast those people that i know. Asked my older bro and parents about it and they were like "Oh, nothing special just a tooth that starts growing" and i've never heard about someone IRL getting it removed.
It's because they grow sideways and get buried under the gum. They are actually quite annoying for some people, like me. But it's a part of my orthodontic plan, which is in its final stages. Have to make space so the teeth even out.
Otherwise, this can happen:
I'm pretty sure you need surgery if this occurs.

huh, so it's natural for them to grow sideways and they must always get treated ? because i remember being it a pain in the ass for me like 3 or 2 years ago, it hurted a bit for a month or two and then it stopped hurting. The thing is also, i don't really attend to the dentist that much, he said it himself that my teeth are very healthy and in good position and that unless something feels wrong i don't need to come.
anyway, is it wrong that i didn't get this thing treated ? because it has been 2 years and i havent felt any pain since, and as far as i can see, nothing is growing into the wrong direction.
