Opinions differ, ReviewTechUsa seemed to hate it too, he even made a video about it, but he removed it later because of the dislike ratio.
I think it's really good game, emotional, touching, refressing sometimes, adrealine raising, creepy experience, only rare games do the same. I think that's why people praise it.
It's hard to find something like it.

Speaking of opinions: I was disappointed on GTAV, it felt like it didn't quite meet my expectations, boring multiplayer, too few quests, not so brilliant plot as i wanted it to be, too monotonous enivorments, etc.etc etc.
