With me, the surgery is under question, since the inflammation values aren't that high. I am currently under supervision if the values could raise, and bored.
The symptoms, however, suggests strongly to the disease. I haven't eaten in 10 hours, and oh, I got analfisted, that was pleasing.

You have a perfect dream that feels like a movie and you are in agony about what's going to happen next and then suddenly you wake up and can't sleep again. As a result, you never know how it ends.

It's really annoying. Especially, if you haven't seen a dream for a very long time.
