Can I ask, why can't you do this? It's a really simple project...
You could probably accomplish all of this in Photoshop easily, or to some lesser extent Paint.Net. I would go with the former however for its stamp tool to remove the hairs.

It's a really simple project...I tried to do it myself but I ended up using the paint bucket tool because I don't know what I'm doing (to make it look good I would have to know what colors to use, where the shadows belong, and all this other **** that I wouldn't be able to do), plus I have zero artistic skills and I'm trouble with shadows, like I mentioned I want it to look good, and not like if you gave a 3 year old some paint, like what happens when I try to do something that I have no experience in.

No need to get angry. Seriously, red text is really jarring on the eyes and having your whole wall of text red fails to emphasize anything :p Also, if you're gonna censor out your swears, there's really no need to even indicate that they were there ;)

But on a much more useful and relevant topic...

If you have Photoshop, you can do this:
Colour Replacement Tool (for changing the colours)
Clone Stamp Tool (for removing the hairs)

Hope that helps a bit c:

And (belated) welcome to the forum o/

"No need to get angry. Seriously, red text is really jarring on the eyes and having your whole wall of text red fails to emphasize anything :p"... I'm not mad, I just use red to let people know that it's my text, but I'll use blue if that is less "jarring".

I can censor what I please, thank you. Plus, I cnesored it how would you know if it was a swear, it could be anything.

I don't have Photoshop, I have Paint.net, besides I was asking for someone to make a retexture of the player hand, not this. | |

I don't think no one will be willing to do it for you. So doing it yourself is better. Even if you give them credits they won't do it.
I think it applies more to 3D modellers asked to create a monster rather than a retexture.

SomethingRidiculous: It's just retexturing. All of what he wants can be done editing the .dds file.
