Exception Access Violation. BUT.

I checked the troubleshooting guides. Didn't see my problem there.
I did, however, search through the forums to find a couple users addressed the issue already.

I'm getting an Exception Access Violation, which, according to the mods, means "the game was not bought."
I *did* in fact pay for the game, but recently I had to wipe my entire system and reboot Windows 8, and I think this may have something to do with my problem...?

So what exactly do I do about this? Should I post the email receipt for proof or what?

It doesn't generally mean that. That was an isolated event. As mentioned in the troubleshooting guide attach the requested info/files.
