The textures look a bit flat. Have you given it an Ambient Occlusion bake?

Also, what's the one all the way on the right?

It has both gotten baked AO and a desaturated normal map mixed into the texture, but if this is not enough I might add some handdrawn AO later as well.
The one on the far right is the high poly version I used to bake the base normal map. Normal map detail was later generated from the diffuse texture:

That's what I figured. The render on the left doesn't seem to show it off that well though.

The right model isn't high poly though, the normal map you'll generate from that would be the exact same thing as just using hard edges, atleast bevel the edges before baking.
