I've try to change the SDL.dll to v1.2.15.0 on library BUT the problem get worst and faster!
What can I do?

The graphics problem is a bug of a very old AMD driver from 3 years ago, update your drivers.

Checking via Windows Device Manager is not updating. It has to be done manually. Attach HPL.log after problem occurs.
