You should probably be alright playing the game with those specs. Not sure to what level though.

The only thing really letting you down here, is the graphics card.

Ye well i've been thinking about an upgrade.
But im not sure which card to get. I don't really know that much about computers. But someone told me that an i5 would be enough for gaming.

Yeah, the i5 you have and ram are happy enough for a little while.

Graphics cards are pretty varied these days.

It all really depends on your budget, but you can certainly buy something for a decent price that will put that 750 Ti to shame.

Hmm i will update my ram and graphics card sooner or later. When i get the money and time.
Dunno if its worth upgrading my processor, since everyone says i should only get i7 for video editing etc.

And now we turned the soma discussion thread into a "Computer Specs discussion thread" haha :L

Might need to look at swapping out that 650, for some optimal visual tastiness

My rig@

I7-4790K
16GB Ram @ 2400Mhz
MSI GTX970
SSD 120GB - Samsung

Well as long as GTA V runs on my pc at 60fps on very high (ultra on grass) I don't think there's a problem with SOMA.

RE: The Ultimate SOMA Discussion Thread

I take it that's not run with 2xMSAA and not 100% distance scaling? Not for 1080p @ 60fps?

But fair point; I can't see SOMA being as graphically intense as a game like GTA V.

The engine has never really been too demanding, despite moving up in technical ability.

I don't have an 1080p screen

My max is 1280x1024
