Penumbra Overture steam can not start

Hello! I bought this game in Steam and can not run. It breaks down before the main menu. On my computer, this game is sure to go. Pirate version started and is stable.

Seems the installation is incomplete or broken, do a verify cache integrity on steam and it might help.

Oh, could be that you are trying to run the game in russian, don't think that is officially included on steam is it?
