I'm going to get a new graphics card, so I can play Penumbra, but I'd like to play Amnesia too. According to the minimum requirements of both games, they need different graphics cards. With Penumbra play with a GeForce 6 graphics card, or is that an obvious, might-as-well-be-a-big-flashing-red-sign "no"? If it is, is there any way I can play both games on the same computer with the same graphics card?
Just get a better one that is more high end.
That way you don't need to think so much about if it will work or not... at least not for a year or so.
But in case you are going to buy a cheaper one, you can always download the demos of both games and see for yourself how the game will work with your own graphics card.
I already tried the demos. Right now, I have a GeForce4MX 420. A family friend of ours is going to custom make a computer for me, if we can afford to buy it from him, but I want to be sure Penumbra and Amnesia will play on the same graphics card. Will Penumbra play with a GeForce 6 graphics card?
You'd want to be getting something higher than a geforce 6 anyway. If you're just buying the box you could get a decent rig for ~600 depending on currency, country etc. Here's a general rig:

I have no idea how to build PCs. xD;
I found a couple PCs at Walmart that have enough space and stuff, and GeForce 6. If I put the links to them up here, would you guys be able to tell me if they could play Penumbra and Amnesia?
GeForce 6 is a really old card, it is perhaps 6 generations old so you should definitely look for something more modern. GeForce of new generations are called 2xx,3xx,4xx and 5xx.
