You're correct. Both the draw and holster animation stutter a little. I've been thinking more about it on the draw animation, but in the end it's sort of minimal and doesn't really matter that much (at least to me).

The idle is smooth. I think it's because draw/holster has been given 24(?), while the idle has like 96(?) frames. Well, given that people can deduce how X amount of frames effect motions you should all understand why it happens. This becomes more noticable since the lantern anims are so close to the player and repeated often.

No bashin' ~ I love this game :]


Edit: It looks smoother in the beginning because the distance (animation movement) between each frame is lesser (concerning holster).

Yep there is stutter and delay the stutter is inhuman but the delay is fine as putting away or putting on you lantern would take time.
