Crash on load

any time i try to run the game i get an error message that reads

Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKNOWN> at 001B:00000000

i have been searching the forums for hours now and have done evrething i could see to fix it. that includes updating my graphics drivers.

If you really updated your graphic driver which is Intel 965/963 Graphics Media Accelerator as I understand, unfortunately it's below system requirements.
