I'm almost sure you have Intel gpu as usual. As TEEF said, we need the HPL.log file found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder. Also:

What Operating System do you have?
What graphics card do you have?
Have you updated the game to v1.2?

It looks like the game isn't recognizing your video card. Mind checking what your card is for sure? You can do this by going to start and typing 'dxdiag' without the apostrophes and clicking the display tab. Under 'device', it should have a name spot. Type what it says here.

Yes, that's correct. Have you tried updating your video card drivers?

Here's a quick rundown of it:

1. In the screenshot, your video card is an ATI Radeon X1550. You should find your drivers on your computer and uninstall them. You should be able to do it from the Add or Remove Programs thing. Not sure what the program is called in Swedish.

2. Download the newest drivers from here:
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/wi...ng=English
You'll have to mess with that if you have Vista 64-bit, I set it to 32-bit.

3. Restart your computer and install the drivers. Then restart again and try to launch the game. The launcher will show the video device as ATI Radeon X1550 or something similar if it is recognizing properly. If it isn't, the launcher will show something like 'GDI Generic'.
