amnesia fatal crash error

well basically im currently running:
celeron® dual-core CPU t3500 @ 2.10GHz - 2.09 GHz
4GB RAM
64-bit operating system.

just keeps saying renderer could not be intalised fatal error =/

You have an unsupport graphics chip and that is why the game can't run on your computer.

No. To be honest with you, your card can barely run the game but Intel has not released yet drivers to be able to play the game. It is Intel fault. Do you have another computer maybe?

i have a elonex desktop no idea if tht can play the game but it hardly has 1gb of RAM i cannot upgrade graphics card as it is intergerated i had no idea of this until i brought the game ,does anyone know if steam does refunds =s??

no idea but when i run amnesia of my desktop it doesnt come up with an error message, it just's crashes and come up with the details of the problem in another window called "the black box" i mean would it be wise to just get some more RAM and another graphics card because i dont mind spending like £40-£60 any ideas and thank you so far you have been a great help

I need to know what operating system and graphics card the desktop computer has. Also, attach us here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder from the Desktop computer.

this is the HPL.log from my desktop and the operating system i am running is:
microsoft windows xp
home edition verison 2002
service pack 3
AMD athlon™ 64 processor
2800+
1.80 GHz, 960MB of RAM

bear in mind that obviously i will need to update this and i will be putting more RAM on because i have only just found this computer in the loft

Oh my god, the desktop is even worse. This machine and graphics card can run games of 2003 maybe, MAYBE. Well, you need to buy new hardware.
