Right click Computer>Management and select Devices. What graphics card does the system detect?

There's two listed. Mobile Intel® HD Graphics and Radeon™ HD 6770M.

Well according to my computer, the drivers are all up to date. I guess I just can't play this game.

At laptops with AMD dedicated and Intel embedded cards, for some reason only the Intel do work while in-game. Maybe it is an AMD OpenGL issue. So forget about the HD 6770M. You can still play the game with the Intel HD card. What operating system do you have?

Make sure you have this installed. It is the latest driver from Intel for your Intel HD card which should make you able to play the game on it:

If it shows an error about system requirements and stuff like that, then you need the HP drivers. In that case, I need to know the correct model of your laptop.

i'll try downloading it, but like i said, my computer says that its drivers are updated.

Just finished restarting the laptop and tried starting amnesia. I'm back to the exception access violation now.

You don't have any driver installed.
