So I bought amnesia today and when I start I can't see the environment around me like I can see the dot and I can open my journal and stuff but I can not see the game environment itself please help.

You need to update the drivers for the graphics chip, probably an Intel, so downloadcenter.intel.com

1. What operating system do you have? Also 32-bit or 64-bit?
2. Is it a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, what model?
3. What graphics card do you have (start > dxdiag)
