I do not want to create a new thread, so I'm just going to post here again.

I'm BSOD'ing again, but this time, even after repairing my installation of my audio drivers it still doesn't work. :[

What audio card do you have(start>run>dxdiag>audio)? If your computer is OEM, what model exactly?

I have no clue what OEM means, so I am going to assume I DON'T have it.

OEM is HP, Sony, Lenovo etc... If your computer was manually built then it is not OEM. I need to know that exact audio card you have since dxdiag does not really help. For that I need to know the model of the computer.

Installer told me it couldn't find the supported software on my system, and closed.

I think it is a Sigmatel STAC9220 audio chip in it, but I don't know where to find drivers for it (from an official source, plenty of whacky download sites have them).
