Oh I see, this is a driver problem. If the latest driver does not "fix" it then your card cannot run the game correctly. Have you set every graphical setting to the lowest possible(including the advanced tab, everything)?

Also attach HPL.log file found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder after the light issue occurs and all the graphics are at the lowest.

I've been lowed everything, it didn't help.

The game seems fine, so this is a graphics card issue. The only thing that may help you is installing the latest 12.6 legacy catalyst found here:

Try these:

1) Normal Setup (AMD has f*^&e up the drivers so probably it won't detect anything)
2) Have Disk Method (You said it didn't work, but still try all these steps again)
3) Install drivers by .inf file (this should work, at least it will install the drivers - maybe not CCC)

EDIT :
when I click next (after navigate where the driver is, I mean have disk)
there is a warning.
"Installing this device driver is not recommended because Windows cannot verify that it is compatible with your hardware. If the driver is not compatible, your hardware will not work correctly and your computer might become unstable or stop working completely. Do you want to continue installing this driver?"

is that mean I can't?

It's right, the AMD Catalyst Legacy 12.6 didn't include ATI Radeon 2100


I don't know what must I do
well the lighting problem isn't problem I think, more importantly, I can play it.

You said you used the have disk method. During that you selected a .inf file. I want you to go to this .inf file normally, right click it and click Install. It should start installing the drivers(probably you won't see anything as this happens quietly). Try that first.

Step 4 is a way to add your Radeon 2100 at the 12.6 catalyst which AMD ignored completely but it needs some time and experience...

well, I think I must do the 4 step twice.
and you said in the third step, this happens queitly, I thought when I right click and install it, there's a window pop up.

then. when I did all the steps, I try play amnesia?
