I think that's a drum partiture, that stands for ride hit or bell i think

They're notes for alto-saxophones btw. Should've said that earlier.

It definitely isn't drum partiture, they don't have key signatures. And no g-clef too, I think.

PS. These would be two sounds at the same time. It's possible to do on a sax ?

Well it might be multiphonics or overtones

"Multiphonics is the technique of playing more than one note at once. A special fingering combination causes the instrument to vibrate at two different pitches alternately, creating a warbling sound. This effect can also be created by 'Humming' while playing a note, although not very popular it is still used by musicians who can master it."

I looked through whole wikipedia page about music notation and didn't find this symbol. Although I'm positive it is used, and I've seen it in drums' and other instruments' partitures a couple of times.

The problem is that I don't know the names of music stuff in english too much, and in my native tongue all I can find is selling offers or partitures. Did you contact your sax teacher yet ?
