Yes. Radeon Graphics, Windows 7, Intel Core i5, Pavilion dv7, HP laptop. Thats all I know.

are you sure you have Windows 7 x86 and not x64? Go to run and type dxdiag. Extract the info shown there and attach the file DxDiag.txt here in this topic.

You'll have to visit the HP website and search for an updated graphics driver for your Pavilion. Then try to install that instead. If that does not work then you can either contact their support to get help on how to update the drivers for their models or you can Google for how to install drivers on computers that have been "locked" like this.
