Hm got that problem too. On school days im tired and i cant sleep. (Have to get up at 6:00 AM most of the time) and at school days i wake up at 7:00-10:00 Am and i dont feel tired at all ._.
And thats why its so hard throwing me out of the bed on school days. My mum tried several times, wakes me up 5 times but i just fall asleep again and dont want to move.
I would recommend (Makes my room more comfortable) to sleep with a cozy temperature. If its too hot i cant sleep at all
Maybe no coffe or other stuff keeping you awake, a tea or hot milk or so (Well it works for me), a good shower or bath, and no food before bed.
Maybe you should also try making you tired, maybe a looong walk in a forest or other sport activities?
