Solved: 8 Years, 9 Months ago Really strange glitch.

I'm new here so sorry if i did something wrong.

OK First I want to say I bought (or win the auction for) the game on Steam and it's legal. The last time I played the game I took the first note in refinery and Save and Quit. 2 days later I Continued from the same spot and the camera was non-stop spinning 360 degree at really high speed. I tried moving with wasd and moving the mouse but nothing works. I restarted the game loaded the same save file and i got black screen with a grayish spot. I loaded another save file and I got a bigger gray spot. I tried to move the mouse and the spot was redrawing itself like it was nocliped. I restarted again and the second time i fell of the world nocliped and the game showed me a death message. I respawned at entrance hall (that was the save file i loaded) but my camera was spinning again but this time way slower.

I'm wondering why you still have version 1.2 and not 1.3 as it should automatically get updated on Steam. Your hpl.log shows a lot of missing files.

I verified it and the nocliping problem is gone but the spinning problem is still there and the sound was gone for a second Sad. I uploaded the verified HPL.log

Were you playing the game before the recent Steam update? Meaning, were you playing the game at v1.2.1 but was later updated to v1.3? If yes, I suggest you load an earlier save game before entering the current area for the first time and try again.
