I remember playing this on the Gamecube when I was really young.

I hated that dickhead rival trucker.

i first played this classic in 1989, why does it make me so nostaligic?, 1, it is the first videogame i remember playing, 2, it came out the year i was born. 3, i have it unlocked in outrun 2 on XBOX 1 to play whenever, its not the same without the full motion cabinet.. but.. i cant afford one of those yet. I do however have an old NRFB (Never Removed From Box) Bburago 1:18 Die cast of the Red Testarossa Spider from the game (with "outrun" modena plate), at least.

One of my absolute favourite games of all time! Still remember watching me granddad play it when I was young. Even for its age the game looks like shit, but that doesn't matter since it is huge and have a very rich lore and plot and is an amazing RPG. It doesn't hurt that it also has one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard, this being one of my favourites:

Socialism (noun): A great way to run out of other people's money.

Back to the Sly Cooper thing for a second, I just realized that Sly Cooper is actually a cat burglar. (steals things, leaves a note or card.)

Childhood ruined: I say no.
Since Sly only steals from master criminals

This, totally. I could recognize the movie by the thumbnail. The part where Rourke died belongs in the 'What scared you in your childhood thread'.
